Senior/Executive Producer

We are looking for a dynamic, talented world-class Senior Producer to work on high profile, rewarding and challenging projects in a fun, creative and fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have solid agency experience, the ability to lead a team and have the determination to succeed, add value, deliver beautifully – on time and on budget – whilst having some fun along the way! Senior Producers undertake projects of varying sizes and are responsible for all aspects of communication, scheduling and budgeting. They are expected to be able to lead a team of Producers, Technical Project Managers, Logistics Mangers and Project Coordinators on specific large-scale events, demonstrating a full understanding of the project lifecycle from essential admin tasks to client liaison and physical delivery through to project reconciliation. The Senior Producer needs to lead by example, establishing a clear direction for projects and keeping them on track, becoming the day-to-day ‘go to’ person for all production control & planning-related tasks for the team. Proficient management of event budget expenditure will be critical to the role, as will sound planning and skill in overseeing complex logistics; excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills will also be crucial for this role. The Senior Producer must be enthusiastic, dedicated, articulate and have excellent budget management and communications skills. The rest of the project team should feel confident to work with and for him/her so that the project is delivered by a cohesive team, all working together to support each other. In terms of project planning, the Senior Producer will liaise with the Head of Production/Executive Producer(s)/Head of Government Services on project status and management, the Account Director/Manager on client relationship matters and the Creative Director/ Head of Studio on the development of creative solutions and necessary resources for delivering these. He/she should adopt a proactive approach to seeking input from other agency specialists.

Associate Producer and Producers

The Producer needs to establish a clear direction for projects and keeping them on track, becoming the day-to-day ‘go to’ person for all production control & planning-related tasks for the team. Project Co-ordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project support within the Account Management & Production teams. This will include assisting with the logistics, financial administration and project management of pre-agreed conferences, exhibition projects, product launches, roadshows and other live events. The Coordinator will usually assist with the management of the client but will also be engaged in supervising suppliers and helping to develop strong relationships in all aspects of the business. In this context, the Coordinator will co-operate with Marketing, Account Management, Creative, Production and Digital & Media team members and will be required to work flexibly in a rapidly evolving office environment.

Senior CAD Technician

M’s expanding design studio has a unique CAD Technician opening within its award-winning team. Delivering everything from trade exhibitions and visitor environments to roadshows and televised experiential events, our prestigious client portfolio offers a diverse range of projects.

Demonstrable skills: AutoCAD 2014 – AutoCAD 3D modelling – Studio Max 3D – Microsoft Office suite.

Dealing with everything from design concepts and fully detailed drawings to specifications of materials and functional layouts, you must have a minimum of six years’ experience.
