At the integration of Alcatel and Lucent as one brand, the key customer groups required confidence in a clear strategy and communication plan, that was built around the portfolio of solutions and the new company's market differentiators.
Idea
Delivering 'Live' solutions offered as real experiences rather than canned demos, brought an "it's real" message to the customer audiences. Using attendance at the 3GSM as a launch platform, the company created an enveloping space that allowed the visitors to take a journey into a world of 'real' solutions with Alcatel-Lucent.
