BAI Communications, an Australian-founded company, hosted a crucial event 42 floors up in the City of London. Its purpose was to launch the Transport for London and BAI Communications partnership and infrastructure that will be built to ensure London thrives as a progressive and innovative capital.
M was the prime agency for all aspects of the event and the associated campaign around the activity. Responsibilities included pre-event communications, audience acquisition, speaker recruitment, venue-finding, all on-the-day production, including logistics, COVID-19 compliance, content, media, registration, and post-event activity involving communications.
