
Toyota had to bring together all its national dealer network and simultaneously train them on the latest C-HR model launch. The product promised to do things differently, and the learning experience would have to adhere to this bold statement.
M developed a digital-led curriculum and built a digital app platform that enabled learning through continuous involvement. All digital learning was available to any mobile device, and user behaviour was measured throughout. Users were also incentivised by joining teams within communities, scoring points and appearing on results/scoreboards, with prizes offered throughout.
